Shipping Costs
Shipping is free for all destinations and for both Standard and Express services unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Service Coverage
We currently do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or certain remote regions where carriers are unable to deliver.

Shipping Guarantee & Lost Packages
Occult Nexus is responsible for packages that become lost or damaged during transit. If your parcel is delayed or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for resolution.
