RefundPolicy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 14-day period includes the day you receive the item, and the receipt date is based on the delivery timestamp provided by the shipping carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before returning an item, you must contact us at support@occultnexus.com to confirm that the item is in good condition and the tag is intact.

• And You will have received the return address and the information to make the 0.01 GBP payment (pls make the payment by the original account). Then we will inform you that you can proceed with the mailing after we receive the 0.01 GBP payment.

Returns must be mailed by the customer using their preferred postal service. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

A fixed return fee of 0.01 GBP applies. This fee is collected to prevent malicious or fraudulent return attempts.

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in GBP within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted by following the same return process: first return the item, then place a new order for the replacement item.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@occultnexus.com, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions
Returns are accepted for all items except gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging, and the return process described above must be followed.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
